RETURN AND EXCHANGE


  1. Traders@Work accepts returns, exchange or refunds within 14 days of delivery, subject to prevailing return policy. 

  2. Exchanged or returned Products must be in the original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original vendor packaging and Order Confirmation and/or invoice. Traders@Work reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever.

  3. Merchandise must be un-used, unaltered and be in a re-saleable condition.

  4. Goods can be exchanged for a similar item or different item.

  5. Refund of purchase will be according to the original mode of payment or in the form of store credit.

  6. For hygiene reasons, all lingerie, undergarments and cosmetic items are not exchangeable.

  7. Where a Product is defective, not of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, you may return the Product for an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the Product without interest at the absolute discretion of Traders@Work, subject to the applicable law.

  8. Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and/or gift card(s) received with respect to the returned Product.

  9. All returns, exchange or refunds must be made through Customer Service email contactus@tradersatwork.com.sg . We do not accept returns without notice.

  10. Traders@work will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.
