RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- Traders@Work accepts returns, exchange or refunds within 14 days of delivery, subject to prevailing return policy.
- Exchanged or returned Products must be in the original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original vendor packaging and Order Confirmation and/or invoice. Traders@Work reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever.
- Merchandise must be un-used, unaltered and be in a re-saleable condition.
- Goods can be exchanged for a similar item or different item.
- Refund of purchase will be according to the original mode of payment or in the form of store credit.
- For hygiene reasons, all lingerie, undergarments and cosmetic items are not exchangeable.
- Where a Product is defective, not of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, you may return the Product for an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the Product without interest at the absolute discretion of Traders@Work, subject to the applicable law.
- Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and/or gift card(s) received with respect to the returned Product.
- All returns, exchange or refunds must be made through Customer Service email contactus@tradersatwork.com.sg . We do not accept returns without notice.
- Traders@work will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.
